KUʻE Action 4

ACTION:

Campaign to assert the fact that HAWAIIAN NATIONALS do not owe INCOME TAXES to the U.S. or the “State of Hawaii.”

WHAT’S THIS ABOUT?:

By law, Hawaiian Nationals living in their own country (the Hawaiian Kingdom), do not owe taxes to a foreign power (the U.S.) unlawfully occupying their country.

If Hawaiian Nationals do owe any taxes, it would be to their own country (the Hawaiian Kingdom), according to the laws of the Hawaiian Kingdom.

[Ironically, it was the Americans that emphatically established this principle when they revolted against British taxation, fought and won the Revolutionary War, and formed the United States of America.]

The task will be to cause the U.S. and the State of Hawaii to willingly stop collecting taxes from Hawaiian Nationals. While this would seem to be an impossible task, it is not. Not if we hold firmly to the position that we Hawaiian Nationals are operating within the laws of the Hawaiian Kingdom, not the foreign interloper, the United States. It is the U.S. that is the criminal, not us.

OBJECTIVE:
To develop a campaign to cause the U.S. to agree to stop imposing its taxes on Hawaiian Nationals and not interfere with the process for Hawaiian Nationals to pay their taxes to their own country.

The strategy would include advance preparations, fully informing participants, filing proper notifications and backup by full legal counsel.

TAKING ACTION:

Execute the strategy by providing public notices to the U.S. State Department, the U.S. Treasury Department, the U.S. Internal Revenue Service and other agencies of the U.S. Federal government on behalf of Hawaiian Nationals; demanding for proof of lawful tax jurisdiction over Hawaiian Nationals residing in the Hawaiian Kingdom.
