Hawaiian Nationality

The most critical component of a nation is its people… its “nationals.” Reactivating and rebuilding the Hawaiian Kingdom as an independent nation can best be accomplished through the combined efforts of Hawaiian nationals, advocates and supporters.

The Issue of Nationality

After a hundred years of U.S. deception, cover ups and relentless indoctrination, most people in Hawaii (and the rest of the world) came to believe Hawaiians were U.S. citizens. But as the United States’ claim over Hawaii has been exposed as fraudulent, it follows that the U.S. citizenship imposed on the Hawaiian people is also fraudulent. The questions today are: What is your nationality? Is it Hawaiian or American (U.S.)? To which country do you belong? Can I regain my Hawaiian nationality?

Why is this important?

Suppose by a sudden act of providence the Hawaiian Kingdom is restored as a sovereign independent state. Then, what happens? Who are its people? U.S. citizens? Who gets to make decisions and operate the nation? And for what purposes and for whom? As an independent country, Hawaii needs its own people — its nationals — to be in charge of managing and operating their own country.

What does “nationality” mean?

The term “nationality” refers to one’s identity with and allegiance to a particular country. It has nothing to do with one’s race or ethnicity.

What does “national” mean?

A “national” is someone who identifies with, has legal political ties with, and owes allegiance to a particular country.

Today, the word “national” is a generic term referring to a person’s nationality — whether he or she is a “citizen” of a republic or a “subject” of a monarchy.

What is a “Hawaiian national”?

A Hawaiian national (a.k.a. Hawaiian subject) s a person whose home country is the Hawaiian Kingdom. It has to do with one’s political allegiance, not one’s ethnicity.

A Hawaiian national is someone who is a subject of the Hawaiian Kingdom; someone who identifies with and owes allegiance to the Hawaiian Kingdom.

Like the standard for nationality throughout the world, a Hawaiian national is either:

  1. (1)a person descended from a Hawaiian national parent and was born either within or outside the territory of the Hawaiian Islands;

  2. (2)a person born within the territory of the Hawaiian Islands; or

  3. (3)one who took legal steps to become ‘naturalized‘ — to formally declare his/her allegiance — to the Hawaiian Kingdom.

A Hawaiian national assumes all rights, benefits, responsibilities and obligations as required under Hawaiian Kingdom laws. A minor child of a Hawaiian national possesses all the rights and benefits of Hawaiian nationality applicable to his/her age.

What are the current draw-backs?

In order to conceal the illegality of their presence in the Hawaiian Islands, the United States and its puppet “State of Hawaii” use various methods (including strong-arm tactics) to suppress the truth. They punish those who question, challenge and otherwise expose the fact that the U.S. is actually holding the Hawaiian Kingdom and its people captive.

This means that at the present time, Hawaiian nationals are not free to live under their own laws in their own country. That makes it difficult to carry on even everyday functions such as driving cars, doing business transactions, traveling inter-island, banking, getting loans, etc. Unless they can find alternate ways to live invisibly (below the radar) Hawaiian nationals living in their own country, are vulnerable to being disrespected and mistreated by the U.S. and its puppet “State of Hawaii” as if they were illegal aliens or worse.

The tide is turning

Fortunately, the tide is turning for the better. Years of persistent, sacrificial acts of resistance by Hawaiian patriots mounting legal, moral, social and political challenges to the present system are slowly causing the U.S. to back down on its claim of jurisdiction over the Hawaiian Islands. The new U.S. tactic is to carefully avoid legal challenges to their jurisdiction.

At the same time, Hawaiians are stepping up out of captivity and boldly challenging the U.S. by rejecting the imposed U.S. nationality and reclaiming their Hawaiian nationality. Hawaiians are raising up the visibility and profile of their country.

International awareness of the Hawaii situation is growing and it won’t be long before pressure builds enough for the lawful Hawaiian Kingdom to re-emerge as a free nation and put an end to the political suppression of Hawaiian nationals.

Why should you become a Hawaiian national?

There is a lot of work to do to rebuild our country after the prolonged occupation of the United States. It’s important for you to identify yourself as a Hawaiian National so you can...

  1. Put your talents, resources and energy into the exciting work of restoring and rebuilding the Hawaiian Kingdom as a dynamic, independent nation.

  2. Declare allegiance to your rightful country, inspire others to do likewise and help make things pono so we can live in peace.

  3. Claim your inheritance as an heir and beneficiary and member of the body politic of the Hawaiian Kingdom.

  4. Go about living a productive life knowing you are a vital contributing member of Hawaii’s society.

  5. Participate in the operations of your country and exercise and enjoy your lawful rights, protections and responsibilities as a Hawaiian National.

  6. Be living proof that the Hawaiian Kingdom is alive and kicking; that independence can be restored through peaceful means as Queen Lili’uokalani had intended;

  7. Become an inspiration others in the world to pursue peaceful resolution to disputes.

How to assert your Hawaiian nationality
